Rasping Machine

The rasping machine is widely used in the potato starch processing industry to rasping and crushing potato materials. The machine is all made of stainless steel. The rotor is forged by special stainless steel. Hundreds of specially designed 1.25mm thick bidirectional combined files are installed on the rotor . The file is clamped between two conical splints, fixed by a pin, and inserted in the conical groove of the rotor for quick replacement.

This machine combines the advantages of domestic and foreign products, novel design, compact structure, high speed (rotor linear speed is about 100 m/s, that is, the relative speed is 2200 rpm), the material is finely rasped, the particles are uniform, and the starch free rate is high. The high extraction rate is the result of cooperation between Hubei mountain torrents and international advanced technology.
