Product Description:

The working principle of the multifunctional extraction and concentration unit:

The medicinal materials to be extracted are placed in the extraction tank, and a certain proportion of solvents such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to the process) are added. The raw materials are then extracted, and the extraction temperature can be set according to the actual needs. After the extraction is complete, the liquid is transferred to the concentration tank by opening the pipeline valves in sequence for concentration. The temperature of the concentrated liquid is set to the required value, and the vacuum level is maintained at -0.05 to -0.09MPA. The secondary steam generated during concentration is condensed and cooled in the condenser and cooler, and then flows back to the extraction tank as a new solvent added to the medicinal materials. The new solvent passes through the medicinal materials from top to bottom in the extraction tank, dissolving the soluble components of the medicinal materials and forming a reflux extraction with the new solvent until complete dissolution (colorless extract). The concentration process continues until it reaches the desired density cream, and the colorless liquid in the extraction tank can be reused for the subsequent extraction.
