Paddle Washer

Paddle washer is mainly used for cleaning raw materials in complete production lines such as tuber starch and potato powder.
The machine adopts counter-current washing principle. Material (tubers) flows into the Paddle Washer from the inlet to the outlet along with the blade, while the water in the cleaning tank flows to the inlet of the cleaner under the counter-action of blade rotation, and moves inversely with the material (tubers). The cleaning effect is good. It can effectively remove mud and sand.

The Paddle washer is composed of the following parts: frame, spindle, shell, agitator, outlet and transmission parts, etc.
