The SXJ Planetary Dispersing Mixer is a high-efficiency mixing equipment designed and manufactured by nanyang Sinowin Industry. It features a unique and innovative mixing form, with two gate or helical agitators, a high-speed disperser, and an adaptive scraper inside the tank. The agitators revolve around the axis of the vessel while rotating at different speeds around their own axis, creating complex movements of the materials inside the vessel, undergoing strong shear and kneading forces. Additionally, the adaptive wall scraper in the equipment rotates around the axis of the vessel, effectively scraping the materials adhering to the wall to enhance heat exchange efficiency and improve mixing effectiveness. The vessel adopts a special sealing structure, allowing for vacuum mixing and providing excellent exhaust and bubble removal effects. The jacket of the vessel can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The discharge method is pressure feeding, and the vessel cover can be hydraulically lifted, while the vessel body can move freely, making operation convenient. Moreover, the mixing slurry and scraper can be completely removed from the vessel along with the crossbeam, facilitating cleaning.
