Features of our spiral steel silo:

1. We own multiple sets of SM40-type spiral steel plate silo processing units, capable of accommodating a single silo capacity ranging from 50 to 15,000 tons. Our annual production capacity can reach millions of cubic meters.

2. We use Z275~350g hot-dip galvanized coil sheet (304 stainless steel or composite panel can be used as well) and roll it into shape through a five-layer spiral bite edge technology. This ensures the required sealability for the storage of grain under fumigation and insecticide processes. Our product requires no maintenance for up to 30 years.

3. The construction process involves feeding the galvanized coil sheet of fixed width into the forming machine from the uncoiler. It is then shaped into the required geometric shape and wrapped around the outside of the silo with a continuous spiral protrusion of 30mm-40mm width, five layers thick. This spiral protrusion enhances the strength of the silo structure and offers advantages such as high strength, water resistance, and good sealing.
