Sawdust Dryer

Description:

The sawdust dryer is designed to dry powdered or granular wet sawdust by continuously feeding it into a drying tube using a screw conveyor. The wet material is then subjected to high-speed hot airflow convection and dispersion, causing the water content within the wet material to evaporate and obtain a powdered or granular dried product. It consists of an air heater, feeder, airflow drying tube, cyclone separator, and fan.
