FSFG Series Square Plansifter for flour milling plant

FSFG Square Plansifters designed and manufactured by Sinowin industry as one of the import flour milling production unit is widely used in the  wheat flour milling ,maize/corn flour milling ,rice flour milling ,and other grains&cereal milling .it is applied to realize the grading and sieving of powder& granular materials to improve the flour quality and yield capacity with fine flour .

 Working principle:

The machine is driven by a motor which is installed inside of the main frame and counter-balanced by a counterweight. Each machine has 4, or 6, or 8 sections sieves inside. Different material flows into the different section on its own route. According to individual design for different materials, the sieve sifts different granular material to different next passage in flour milling when the whole machine is running.

Structure

Sifter housing of self-supporting steel construction, divided into 2 sifter sections and 1 drive section.

Sifter sections divided into sifter compartments.

Surface steel sheet by bending of whole piece

Interior of metal and plastic.

Door with quick locks for each sifter compartment.

The two sifter sections with a total of 4/6/8/ 10 compartments with 24/28 stacked sieve frames each. Sieve frames clothed Sieve frames consisting of frames of wood, with abrasion-resistant plastic lining and sieve trays of tin-plated sheet steel.

Under transmission shaft with support spring 

Combi-cleaner for sieves and trays.

Fiberglass suspension rods.

Inlet tables with Inlet and outlet spouts.

Built-in V-belt drive and motor, centrifugal counterweight running in roller bearings, 6 m cable between motor and terminal box.

NOTE:

1. Sieve body is made up of a whole steel plate and seams won't appear during vibration.

2. Sieve frame uses basswood imported from Russia. Basswood is soaked in water for 3 months and then dried in a cool and shady place. Its surface is scraped and it has very good flexibility; damages won't      occur. (Sieve frame can also be made with aluminium alloy, with the same price)
