The Drum Dryer designed and manufactured by Sinowin Industry is a rotating cylinder that is slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, while the heat carrier enters from the lower end and makes counter flow contact with the material. The heat carrier and material flow together into the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the material moves to the lower end due to the force of gravity. During the movement of the wet material inside the cylinder, it is directly or indirectly heated by the heat carrier, allowing the wet material to dry. It is then discharged through a belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with copy boards, which scoop up and scatter the material, increasing the contact surface between the material and the airflow to improve drying rate and promote material advancement. The heat carrier generally consists of hot air, flue gas, etc. After passing through the dryer, the heat carrier often needs a cyclone dust collector to capture the carried material in the gas.
