With a discharge moisture level of 10±5% and a processing capacity of 1-20t/h, this dryer is suitable for variousindustries, including
wine making, ethanol production, starch enterprises, feed companies, food industry, and sugar production. It can effectively dry a wide range
of materials such as wine dregs, beer dregs, alcohol dregs, cassava wine residue, rice bran residue, cassava starch residue, potato starch residue,
soybean meal, and other dregs and residues used in feed production.
The distillers Dryer is composed of a heat source, feeding machine, intake machine, rotary drum, discharge machine, induced draft fan,
unloading device, and distribution cabinet. Wet distillers after dehydration enters the dryer and is evenly spread and mixed with hot air
inside the rotating drum, facilitating efficient heat and mass transfer for faster drying. During the drying process, the distillers is moved
by inclined blades and the heat medium, ultimately discharged through a star-shaped discharge valve at the other end of the dryer as a dried product.
