All components of our assembled steel panel silo are prefabricated in the factory, using the most advanced production line in the country to ensure that the wall panels and pillars are formed in one piece, reducing the damage to the galvanized layer and minimizing the cumulative errors caused by non-fully automated production lines and multi-process manufacturing.

Features:

1. The assembled steel panel silo is capable of storing various materials, including corn, wheat, soybeans, peanuts, rice, miscellaneous grains, rice bran, and other types of grains and processed by-products.

2. The company possesses several advanced automated production lines for silo components, providing reliable processing guarantees for product quality. It can achieve automated, standardized, and mold-based production, capable of processing flat-bottom silos with diameters ranging from φ1.8 to φ32m and single silo capacities ranging from 50 to 16,000t, as well as all-steel cone-bottom silos with single silo capacities ranging from 50 to 1,5000t.

3. The silo is constructed using SGH series Z275-Z350 hot-dip galvanized coil or aluminum-magnesium-zinc plated materials. Depending on the silo capacity, the design materials for the silo include:

a. One-piece formed roof panels with a thickness between 1.0mm and 1.2mm.

b. Wall panel thickness ranging from 1.5mm to 8.0mm.

c. Reinforcement ribs with optimized design and thickness between 1.5mm and 6.0mm.

d. The steel cone hopper is assembled with 4mm to 12mm steel plates or welded, ensuring the safety and reliability of the all-steel cone hopper.

4. Supporting equipment is available for cleaning, dust removal, and online measurement with a capacity of 10 to 500t/h.

5. Conveyor equipment, such as bucket elevators, buried scraper conveyors, and belt conveyors, is available with a conveying capacity ranging from 10 to 1000t/h.

6. Due to its convenient transportation and installation, the assembled silo can also be used for water storage facilities in high-standard farmland or remote water-deficient mountainous areas, as well as above-ground aquaculture ponds for aquaculture enterprises.
