It is widely used in industries dealing with high-moisture residue materials. This equipment is highly versatile, capable of drying fresh soybean residue with a moisture content of approximately 75-80% down to below 12% in a single operation. With a large processing capacity, each unit can handle 30-300 tons of fresh soybean residue per day.

Working Principle:

The working principle of the Soybean Residue Dryer is as follows: After the dehydrated wet soybean residue enters the dryer, it is evenly distributed and agitated by the lifting plates inside the rotating drum, allowing for uniform dispersion and full contact with hot air. This accelerates heat and mass transfer during drying. During the drying process, the soybean residue is discharged through the discharge valve at the other end of the dryer with the assistance of inclined lifting plates and the hot medium. The process parameters, equipment technical parameters, and structural design of the soybean residue drying production line are carefully selected and designed based on thorough analysis and research on the soybean residue material, as well as validated through actual drying tests.
